A rental truck or container gives you control of the transportation. Our loading and unloading service helps with the physical work around it. You can ask for help at pickup, at the destination or at both ends within our confirmed service area.

Tell us the truck or container type, size and arrival schedule, along with the furniture and box volume. We’ll discuss the crew, access and tasks for the appointment. You arrange the vehicle or container and transportation; this service does not include a company truck or driver.

If you would prefer us to provide the transportation too, ask about local or long-distance moving. We’re happy to help you compare the options.

Loading & unloading

A loading plan that starts before the ramp comes down.

Show us what needs loading and what still needs packing or furniture preparation. The opening, ramp, lift access and securing points all help determine the approach. Mention anything that needs to be unloaded first at the destination.

For loading, plan to supply suitable moving pads and ratchet straps. Confirm the required supplies with our team before the appointment. Wrap, packing materials and other supplies may carry additional charges, so it’s useful to settle that list early.

Have the vehicle on site, permission to park and enough space to use the doors or ramp at the agreed time. If the delivery schedule changes, contact us so we can discuss the appointment.

After the drive, it helps to have a crew ready for the heavy work. Tell us about stairs, elevators, parking and the walk to the entrance. Keep the route clear and arrange for someone to show the team where the furniture belongs.

Label boxes by room and make a simple placement plan before unloading starts. If you need ordinary furniture assembly or pieces moved after unloading, include those tasks in the estimate so the crew and time reflect the work.

We’ll confirm the crew, rate, minimum, travel and agreed loading or unloading tasks. The right estimate accounts for the access and belongings as well as the number of movers. Unusually heavy items should be discussed before the appointment.

You remain responsible for arranging the truck or container and transportation. Tell us what is already booked and which part of the trip needs our help, then we can work through the supplies and service details together.
