Within the Sunriver Owners Association community, published guidance directs vehicles to driveway parking rather than roadside parking. Review the property’s requirements and discuss the truck arrangement with us before assuming roadside loading is available.

For a furnished-home change, a room-by-room list is especially helpful. Identify incoming furniture, pieces being rearranged and items needing separate removal. It gives everyone a clear picture before the first piece is carried.

Live Junkless also offers junk removal and donation pickup. We’ll discuss those items, acceptance and charges separately. If you are using your own rental truck, have it available at the agreed time and label boxes by their new room.

We offer in-person estimates and a phone-assisted survey process using our software. For Oregon household moves, the written estimate follows an in-person or virtual visual inspection. Show us the belongings, parking and access needs.

We’ll explain travel from Bend, the crew, minimums and any additional services. Longer-distance moves receive a custom estimate. Ask us to walk through the arrangements so you know what to prepare and what our team will handle.
