We provide longer-distance moving beginning in Bend and Central Oregon. Share your destination and preferred dates so we can confirm service for the route and explain the arrangements. Specific interstate destinations and availability need confirmation with our team.

Include extra pickups, storage contents and anything requiring special handling. If an address, date or inventory changes, let us know. We can review the effect on the estimate before you organize the rest of your plans around it.

Every long-distance move receives a custom estimate. The route, shipment, packing and delivery arrangements all matter. We’ll explain the charging method and service details for your move rather than treating a local hourly rate as the price for the whole trip.

We offer in-person estimates and a phone-assisted survey process using our software. Written Oregon household-goods estimates follow an in-person or video-based visual inspection. Show us the rooms, furniture, garage and access so we can work from a clear picture.

Ask about the pickup plan, delivery arrangements, what is included and what could change the charges. Oregon intrastate moves and interstate routes have different applicable terms. We’ll identify the arrangements for your actual destination.

Packing help for the road ahead.

Tell us which parts of packing you want help with. We can discuss selected rooms, fragile pieces or broader household packing as part of your move. Materials and labor should be clear in the estimate before the packing starts.

Label boxes by destination room and point out anything needing extra preparation. Keep a separate arrival bag with medication, documents, chargers, toiletries and clothes. Having the essentials with you makes the first night easier while the new home comes together.

A good delivery plan starts before departure. Confirm who will meet the crew, when keys are available and where the truck can park. Tell us about stairs, elevators, gate access and any reserved building window at the destination.

We’ll discuss delivery arrangements with you before the move. Share firm deadlines early and make a simple furniture placement plan. When your belongings arrive, walk through the home with the crew and raise any questions while everyone is there.
